FAT BURN ZONE
A good idea is to begin with a few 30 minute training/ cardio sessions weekly and slowly increase the frequency and duration of your workouts. By performing cardio at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate you will be in your Fat Burn zone. In order to determine this number, take the number 220 minus your age, then take 60-70% of that number.
